About our stylists and our level pricing system:

Each stylist is committed to providing an exceptional guest experience, every visit. Service pricing for our stylists is based on a performance based level system. So as stylists move up levels as their education, skill set, and guest satisfaction grow, their prices will increase slightly. (This is why different stylists can have different prices for the same services).

Why do we use a level based pricing system?

The reason for using a level based pricing is twofold. The first is to provide options for our guests that both fit their unique needs as well as budgets. The second is to encourage growth and achievement for our stylists.

Our stylists begin their continuing education as soon as they are hired. And continue with in-depth training in the latest techniques and trends.

How are levels assigned?

There are multiple factors that are considered to assign levels to our stylists. They include: guest satisfaction, guest retention, performance, and continuing education.
